Dr. Rourke provides state-of-the-art care in Orange County, CA to patients requiring reconstruction of the genitourinary system, treatment of complications after prostate cancer therapy, and complex surgery for male sexual dysfunction. Dr. Rourke has completed over 4,000 complex reconstructive urology surgeries including urethral reconstruction, male genital reconstruction for a wide spectrum of disorders, male urethral slings, and artificial urinary sphincter.
He has over 20 years of practice experience, over 125 peer reviewed publications, and has been invited to lecture nationally and internationally on topics related to reconstructive urology.
